Our trainers understand the demands of juggling a career and children as many of us are busy working mothers.

We are a women’s only fitness training facility and offer a wide variety of classes different from the mainstream gyms which include Antigravity yoga, TRX (Suspension training), structured weight programs, Restorative stretch, dance and more.

We offer creche services Monday to Friday for your little ones from 9am til 12pm.
