Illawarra Light Railway Museum in Albion Park is a great place to take children who love trains! The museum has lots of different steam trains to look
at and learn about. Once a month, the museum is open to rides on both the steam and miniature train.
Days & Times:
The museum is open on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays for visitors with train rides on the Second Sunday
of each month, from 10:30am to 4:00pm.
They also operate on the fourth Sunday in January, Easter Sunday and the Sunday of the June (Queen's Birthday) and October (Labour Day) long weekends.
Cost:
Entry to the museum grounds is free.
Train rides costs are reasonable and can be found on the ILRM website above.
