We use specially designed Pilates equipment and traditional matwork integrating BlackRoll Functional Fascial training, Franklin Method and Barre exercises to provide a fun way to move your body with great lasting results. You will see and feel the difference immediately.
Pilates involves a series of exercises that places concentration on your core muscles (deepest abdominal muscles, pelvic floor and back) helping you form a flat tummy. Having a strong core will improve your balance and coordination as well as help you perform other types of exercises with more ease. In doing so, you will decrease the likelihood of injury.
At Body in Line, we provide the ultimate experience in both awareness and posture, which promotes greater muscle strengthening and efficiency. We aim to always teach our clients self-sufficiency in understanding their own bodies, which includes preventing, and looking after injuries.
