TRIBE KIDS (3-5yrs, 5-8yrs, 9-12yrs)
Tribe Kids aims to educate young people about the inter-relationship between
all aspects of health – physical, social, mental, emotional, spiritual and environmental. Through movement, they will develop the knowledge, skills
and values that are required to identify and adopt healthy lifestyle practices to enhance growth and development.
We create a supportive environment with a strengths-based approach where our young people can develop a mind-body connection through fitness, yoga and
meditation, ensuring your child leaves with improved self-esteem and a smile on their face. The program consists games and exercises utilising strength,
power, endurance, cardiovascular fitness, yoga and meditation with an educative focus.
Each program has been carefully aligned with the Australian Curriculum for health and physical education providing a range of topics relevant to young
Term 3 program HEALTHY HABITS commences Monday 10 June (please note that a variety of classes will be offered through the week, not just on Monday):

You don’t have to be fit, buff or have ever stepped foot into a gym in your life to attend our classes. There is literally a class for everyone from beginners
right though to advanced. AND we have a kids' corner play space so you can workout while your kids get to play!

Our other programs for members includes 4 that can be categorised into the following:
TRIBE FIIT (TF)
- is hard and fast HIIT that will challenge you, improve fitness, burn big calories (during and after the workout)
and help get you leaner. Our HIIT workouts are fast, furious and fun! You will use your body-weight to leap, jump, squat, push, pull along

TRIBE TOTAL (TT)
- is our athletic workout that is a combination of resistance training and fast and hard cardio that strengthens
your body, improves your fitness and helps you get lean. You burn through the calories in this class by lifting heavy which will then help

TRIBE STRONG (TS)
- is our flagship RESISTANCE training program that gets you stronger, leaner and tighter. You will burn a monster amount of calories DURING and AFTER class, completely transforming your body leaving you feeling pumped and energised for the rest of the day.
