Kidzpower Fitness is all about educating & inspiring your children to get active!
We are a fun filled, non-competitive, social fitness program which is in a safe and supervised environment. For ages 7 - 18 years.
We focus on making training programs lots of fun with music, active play games, obstacles courses and relays while incorporating our wide selection of kid’s fitness equipment.

Term 4 at Kidzpower Fitness - SPRING INTO FITNESS WITH Kidzpower Fitness now running outdoor classes in Woonona!
Term 4 10 Week Challenge Now Open!
Children will be learning functional movements with bodyweight exercises, working all major muscle groups with a complete range of motion, followed by increasing weight load over the duration of the challenge.
We will also be welcoming three special guest trainers to train and educate our kidz in nutrition, yoga and football!
NEW: Kidzpower Spring Fitness Boxing!
Kidzpower Fitness outdoor boxing commences on Wednesday the 16th October.
