We cater for boys and girls aged from 14 months + in a wide range of programs. From beginner to competitive, gymnastics to tumbling & trampolining, Kindergym to cheerleading, we have classes to suit everyone!

The coaching team at Carmel & Co are highly qualified and experienced and love what they do in training both the young, and the young at heart in gymnastics. We are now in our 28th year of operation, and our passion for the sport continues.

Carmel & Co Gymnastics is a huge, modern and purpose built gymnastics facility boasting a full sized sprung floor, trampolines including a 10 metre tumble tramp, foam pit, bungee harnesses, and several sets of every apparatus - the largest and best equipped Gym in the entire region!
