Are you looking for some fun and creative activities for your children to do these October school holidays?
We have just the answer!
At Inner Bliss Kids Yoga, our mission is to empower and inspire children to discover their own inner strength, develop their self-confidence and create their own sense of calm.
We are pleased to share our upcoming 'Yoga and Creative Art Workshops'. Children can join us for just one class or for the whole full 3-day programme to get the full experience. We will be making bath bombs, mindfulness jars and yoga wellness bracelets as well as playing yoga games, dancing, resting and relaxing.
Our 2.5 hr ‘Yoga and Creative Art Workshops’ include:
Each day your child will create a different ‘take home’ art and craft project that they are sure to love! We will be making a variety of bath bombs, mindfulness jars and yoga wellness bracelets.
What’s more – children can join in on the fun for just one day or attend the full 3-day programme for more creative adventures!

About Vanessa & Inner Bliss Kids Yoga
Along with her formal yoga teaching qualifications, Vanessa holds two University Degrees in Education as well as an Associate Diploma of Social Science (Child Studies). Her 21 years’ experience as a Primary School Teacher has seen her work closely with children of all ages, with a particular specialisation in the area of learning support and intervention. Vanessa has a thorough knowledge and understanding of yoga principles and philosophies as she is also a fully qualified Level 1 350hr Yoga Teacher and Specialised Children’s Yoga Teacher. Our classes include breathing exercises, yoga poses, yoga games, art, music and relaxation activities, where children are encouraged to express their creativity, have fun, make friends and enjoy the experience of yoga. At the same time, children are developing their physical strength, flexibility, stamina, co-ordination and balance.
Children also learn how they can use simple yoga and mindfulness techniques on those days when they may be feeling a little frustrated, overwhelmed, nervous or anxious about events or situations in their lives.
